Once your property is selected, we manage the negotiations. Following an offer acceptance, a Reservation Agreement is signed, and a deposit is paid to secure the property. Your lawyer then conducts rigorous due diligence, verifying registry data, urban planning compliance, and licenses.

Upon successful due diligence, the Contrato Privado de Compraventa is signed. At this stage, typically 10% of the purchase price is paid, making the transaction legally binding for both parties.

The final step is the signing of the Public Deed of Sale (Escritura Pública) before a Spanish notary. We coordinate the final payment, the official transfer of ownership, and the handing over of the keys.
